Main tasks:

• Consolidation of information and conducting analytical reports;
• Compilation of budgets expenses of construction objects (PL);
• Analysis of budget execution, preparation of comments on deviations;
• Formation of consolidated budgets of cash flow of objects of construction (CF);
• Compilation of reports on actual indicators of PL, CF;
• Control of payments in accordance with contracts and budget frameworks;
• Preparation of presentations for management.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher completed economic\financial education;
• Work experience from 5 years (preference in construction, real estate);
• Good theoretical knowledge: chart of accounts, principles of accounting;
• Practice in building tables, charts in Excel, Power BI, presentations in power point ;
• Confident PC user, MS Office package, Excel - in full
  (advanced level: fluency in writing complex formulas), 1C/BAS ERP;
• Analytical mindset, presentation skills, sociability, ability to find a way out of difficult situations, focus on results, attentiveness, efficiency and high speed of completing tasks.
