Financial analyst in TERRA FUD

We are looking for a qualified and experienced business analyst to work in our Company, who will become a team player and work effectively with colleagues to achieve a common result. 

Your main tasks will be:

• Analysis of financial and macroeconomic reports, market trends for short- and long-term planning of the company's activities; p>

• Control and analysis of the economic and financial economic activity of the company;

• Control of compliance with accounting and management accounting standards;

  < /li> >Analysis of deviations from planned indicators;

• Monthly creation of production plans;

• Modeling of probable scenarios regarding demand, production, remaining finished goods products/raw materials;

• Maintenance of statistical databases according to the business analysis management profile;

• Ensuring continuous functioning of the process of information consolidation and aggregation of data on the production of raw materials/finished products;

• Creation of tools for calculating production plans, balance in terms of raw materials;

• Construction calculation models based on large data sets in accordance with business requirements/needs, taking into account the specifics of production;

• Analysis of data within the framework of a monthly cycle with the provision of proposals and key conclusions;

• Participation in continuous improvement of processes and controlling tools (accuracy, speed, analysis);

• Adaptation of business planning processes in accordance with requests and changes .

Expectations from candidates:

• Higher education: financial, economic, accounting and audit;

• Experience of working as an analyst in a manufacturing, retail company for at least 3 years; 

• Knowledge of the principles of plan factor analysis;

• Experience with Big Data;

MS Excel (advanced user), 1C;

• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query M - will be an advantage;

• SQL work experience - will be an advantage;

• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine;

• Ready to consider young graduates.
