Financial analyst in Farmak

Taking into account the strategy of profitable growth and deepening of business analysis, we are developing the financial department and would be glad to see a Financial Analyst in the direction of commercial activity and marketing in the commercial controlling department in our team.

• Performs the role of a business partner for commercial departments in terms of providing additional calculations when making decisions to accelerate the company's profitable growth;
• Participates in the calculation of forecasts of sales volumes, net revenue, profitability in terms of brands, directions and countries, analyzes their dynamics relative to the annual plan and previous years;
• Calculates a detailed variation analysis of deviations in terms of actual sales volumes, of gross revenue, profitability relative to the annual plan and previous years;
• Involved in scenario forecasting, assessing the risks and opportunities provided by commercial services and their impact on the financial indicators of the direction and the company as a whole; 
• Actively supports the sales and marketing department in additional calculations and analysis of additional actions to achieve annual revenue goals, commercial and financial indicators.
• Analyzes the profitability of directions, countries, clients, portfolios, brands, departments and other sections;
• Participates in the preparation of analytics for price and commercial committees with services by direction, prepares monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc analytics and reporting;  
• Conducts analysis and financial assessment, business modeling of the launch of new products;   
• Plays an important role in the automation of reporting, continuous improvement of processes and controlling tools (accuracy, speed, analysis).

Requirements

• Higher education (economic majors)
• Relevant business partnership experience for commercial functions, financial analyst, economist (from the 1st year)
• Advanced user of MS Office Excel / PowerPoint, Power BI / QlikView is a plus
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly
• Well-developed communication skills, initiative and work in a team
• Knowledge of financial and management accounting
• Knowledge of approaches to forecasting and budgeting
