Financial Analysis Manager

What is important for us to see in a candidate:

• High level of proficiency in Excel, knowledge of Power Query.
• Ability to formulate technical tasks for creating management reports, as well as changes and improvement of existing management reports in the company's accounting systems.
• Experience of working with large amounts of information/data.
• Experience of improving processes and updating instructions/policies.
• Work experience of 3 years or more in finance, audit/accounting.
• Completed higher economic education (accounting is preferred).
• Level English - Intermediate (preferred).
• Developed organizational and analytical skills, proactivity, independence and responsibility.
• Ability to check received data and calculations from other departments, determine priorities and complete tasks within agreed deadlines.
• Experience in managing a team (1-2 subordinates) and achieving results together with it.

Functional that will perform employee:

• Preparation of management reports according to existing forms, improvement of existing ones and development of new ones (Excel using Power Query).
• Expense budgeting: process planning, preparation of forms, analysis of received information with further consolidation. 
• Calculation of the main budget forms: profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet.
• Writing technical tasks for improving processes in the company's accounting systems and participation in testing in the development process.
• Preparation and analysis of financial information upon request.
