Cash assistance registrar in The Right to Protection, CF

GENERAL INFORMATION

BF "Right to Defense" (hereinafter - the Fund) is a sector leader in the protection of people who have suffered from war, veterans, refugees and stateless persons. We seek recovery and integration for those we help. Our team protects people's rights and influences laws and decisions in Ukraine and the world to become fairer. We are actively developing a network of partners for localized support of those who need it. The fund is 13 years old. Today, the team of BF "Right to Defense" has about 1,200 specialists. Geography: 22 regions of Ukraine, as well as a representative office in Poland. More than 3,300,000 people have received aid since the start of the full-scale invasion. Our work was recognized at the national level: in 2024, the Foundation won first place in the "Charity Ukraine" competition in the "All-Ukrainian Charity" category, entered the top 10 of the Forbes Ukraine "50 Best Charitable Organizations" rating, and took 9th place in the integrity rating of Ukrainian charitable foundations.

Response Consortium: Provision of multi-sectoral humanitarian assistance to the conflict-affected population in Ukraine, which is implemented with the support of the US government. Within the framework of the project, comprehensive protection services are provided for the affected, vulnerable population groups in the cities and regions of Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa and Zaporizhzhia. Among the activities of the project, in particular, are legal and psychological support, social services and the provision of sectoral monetary assistance.

BF "Right to Protection" is looking for a candidate for the position of registrar in the city of Zaporizhzhia (Zaporizhia Region).

The registrar of cash assistancereports to the Head of the team of registrars.

Responsibilities of the cash assistance registrar include information processing and general support of the Fund's activities, in particular, but not limited to the following:

• Registration of internally displaced persons to receive financial assistance;
• Providing advice to recipients assistance;
• Working with conflict situations;
• Reporting on the results of the work carried out;
• Following the agreed criteria and rules of the program;
• Understanding and ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and other policies of the Foundation.
• Having own car would be an advantage.

Required skills/qualifications

• Desirable higher education;
• Awareness of humanitarian principles and human rights standards;
• Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Readiness for business trips within the region;
• Willingness to travel to areas with high and highest risk;
• Good communication skills;
• Tolerance;
• Proficiency in Ukrainian, understanding of Russian and knowledge of English;
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
• Ability to work closely with team members;
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Self-motivation, initiative, flexibility.

We offer

The Foundation offers the successful candidate a contract until July 31, 2026 with the possibility of extension, which depends on further funding and personal work results.
