Responsibilities of the financial aid registrar include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Registration of internally displaced persons;
  • Providing advice to beneficiaries;

  • Working with conflict situations;

  • Reporting on the results of the work done;

  • Adherence to agreed program criteria and rules;

  • Understanding and ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Foundation policies.

  • Preference is given to candidates who have their own car.

Required skills/qualifications

  • Higher education;

  • Awareness of humanitarian principles and standards of human rights;

  • Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Readiness for significant work in the "fields" (outside the office);

  • Good communication skills;

  • Tolerance;

  • Proficiency in Ukrainian, understanding of Russian and knowledge of English;

  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines;

  • Ability to work closely with team members;

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail;

  • Self-motivation, initiative, flexibility.

The Foundation offers the successful candidate contract until December 30, 2026with the possibility of continuation, which depends on further funding and personal work results.
