Currently we're looking for the Financial Systems Manager with a possibility to grow from an admin role (taking over and consolidating responsibilities as a step one) to product/program manager role that can help grow the financial systems beyond current transactional backbone implemented on top of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and other, primarily Microsoft orientated tools and solutions.
Ideal candidate connects well functional and technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central as if one was an implementing consultant or project manager in such initiatives, ready to drive and lead internal initiative in a matrix organization and multiple partners.
As a Financial Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of financial systems within the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass both functional and technical aspects. You'll be part of both Digital Transformation/Technology Management and Corporate Finance teams, positioned to streamline maintanance and support for the existing systems equally to a digital growth opportunity related to upgrades, continnual optimization and further integrations between backoffice, operational and customer facing systems involved in financial management of all company's transactions. You'll be part of the international team, thus fluent communication in English language is a must, equally strong as all the hard skills related to the business domain and digital systems in the category.
