Main responsibilities:

• Financial planning and forecasting : collection, processing and analysis data; calculation of financial metrics, key financial performance indicators; checking compliance of financial transactions with legal requirements and internal company policies; development of business models and strategies;
• Participation in projects and initiatives : participation in the development and implementation of financial projects; assessment of the economic feasibility of projects and control over their implementation; monitoring costs and revenues of projects to ensure their profitability.
• Coordination of the work of subordinates : coordination of the work of a team of financial analysts, distribution of tasks according to business needs; ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data analysis;
• Automation of processes : introduction and improvement of financial systems for automation, development of new analytics and reporting tools;
• Financial reporting : consolidation of financial statements and presentations for management; analyzing financial indicators and providing recommendations for their improvement.

What is needed for this:

• Higher education in the field of finance;
• Understanding of key business issues and their impact on the final financial result;
• Work experience in the field of finance in IT companies;
• Excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills;
• Responsibility, decency, ability to work in a team;
• Orientation to the result;
• Confidently use specialized programs: accounting programs, work with the MS Office package (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced user).
