Able to make independent decisions and actions in his/her field of activity, helping to fulfill the basic requirements of the organisation and development of the resposne team.Tasks and responsibilitiesEnsure available and safely kept cash in accordance with security constraints and program needsEnsure compliance with financial rules in the management of the program’s main partnershipsAssist in facilitating external audits and internal control and fraud prevention measuresAssist in disseminating information about accounting procedures, ensure they are observed by all base and field teamsSpecific objectives and linked activitiesEnsure the spread, adherence, and monitoring of HEKS’s procedures and sound financial accounting systemsEnsure accounting data are correct, supervise the physical cash count on the bases, cashboxes handover, and checking of invoicesProcessing the payments to suppliers and staffs and keep strict on all documentation involved, informing the manager of any sort of disparityCarrying out all accounting tasks and activities, classifying, preparing and filing of all accounting pieces in accounting software, in order to ensure strict control of all expenditures and the reliability of statements and documentationAssist in facilitating external audits and internal control and fraud prevention measuresRequirements & Skills:At least 3 years’ experience in Finance/AccountingHigher education (accounting, finance, economic)Experience of working with a large amount of primary documentation, checking its completeness and correctness.Knowledge of finance/accounting/tax lawUnderstanding of the formation of basic management reportsExperience with or understanding of International Financial Reporting StandardsAdvanced knowledge of accounting systems (1C, M.E.Doc), PC skills, Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access), Internet.Strong written/verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, & strong interpersonal skillsSkills: Operativeness; Responsibility; Ability to learn quickly; Attention to details; Ability to work with large amounts of information; PurposefulnessLanguege: English – B1 (mandatory) Ukraine, Russian – fluent
