General Responsibilities Description
Internal Relations:
Works in the accounting program MS NAVISION (hereafter - NAVI) and the reconciliation and archiving program MS ELO (hereafter - ELO) in the role of Finance Officer - mission economy
Allocates mission costs (national staff salaries and mission operating costs) between active projects in accordance with the instructions of the line manager and HoFAD - in Excel tables by project FALCO (table 1) for exporting data to NAVI - monthly, following the deadlines set by the line manager;
Selects line coding for cost allocation tables;
Prepares FALCO project projected mission cost distribution tables in excel format (table 2) for data in NAVI - for a specific period with monthly data revisions that are correlated with BvA table data (budget versus cost) in forecast fields (table 3). Monitors the timely updating of data in BvA tables - each time the BvA table is created/updated by department employees;
At the request of department employees, creates new BvA tables for new projects;
Participates in map creationfor implementation, in Excel for export to NAVI, for the new calendar year and/or for new projects;
HoFAD Performs any other department tasks as directed by the Line Manager and HoFAD.

- The employee undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of information with limited access and commercial secrets in accordance with the requirements of the company's internal regulatory documents and the Policy on non-disclosure of Confidential Information.
- The employee is obliged to refrain from disclosing confidential information to third parties, except when such disclosure is expressly provided for by his job duties or written approval is obtained from management.
- In case of violation of the requirements for maintaining confidentiality or disclosure of information with limited access, the employee bears disciplinary responsibility in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, including the possibility of dismissal on the basis of Art. 147–149 and item 14 of Art. 40 of the Labor Code of Ukraine.
