We are looking for a Financial Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and experience in managing financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective financial management and reporting processes. Requirements: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills: Ability to work with large data sets, analyze, and present data clearly. Experience: from 2 years of experience in financial management or a similar role. English proficiency: Intermediate or higher level of English is required. Financial transfers: Handle and monitor financial transactions between different accounts or company departments. PnL responsibility: Manage and prepare the Profit and Loss statements to ensure accurate tracking of financial performance. Financial reporting: Prepare balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial documents for internal analysis. Audit support: Provide data and support for external or internal audits. Responsibilities: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow preparation and analysis: Responsible for generating and analyzing key financial statements to monitor company performance. Reconciliation with payment systems and banks: Conduct accurate reconciliations between internal systems and external financial institutions. Transaction control: Ensure that all financial transactions within the internal CRM and external bank/payment systems are correctly processed. Collaboration with banks and payment systems: Work with bank and payment system back offices to manage daily financial operations. Budget control: Oversee and manage the company's budget to ensure financial objectives are met. Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management and other stakeholders.
