What You Will Do:AsaFinance Manager, you will play acrucial role inour financial operations, aiding inour mission toinnovate within the print industry. Your responsibilities will include:Creation and summary ofinvoices for clients onamonthly/weekly basis, and internal invoices for tax declarations.Addressing corrections based ontickets, and other requests from internal teams, and investigating discrepancies.Coordination ofpayment requests for supply invoices with relevant stakeholders.Conducting margin analysis and sales reports toguide strategic decision-making.Posting client payments tothe payment account ensuring accuracy and compliance.Cross-checking invoices from our internal system with VAT reports for discrepancies.Oversight ofinvoice checks for new clients and suppliers toensure financial accuracy and transparency.Who WeAre Looking For:The ideal candidate will have:ABachelor’s degree inAccounting, Business Administration/Commerce, orarelated field.
