• Familiarity with reconciliation reports.
• Knowledge of PowerBI or similar tools.
• Proven CFO or senior financial leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and lead financial teams.

• Knowledge of internal control systems and best practices in financial accounting;

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Finance Team Functions: Manage key areas such as accounting, business analysis, KPIs, procurement, and AR/AP operations.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare and deliver regular financial and managerial reports to internal stakeholders.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze financial and business data to assess and improve the performance of all departments
• Budgeting: Collaborate with departments to develop and maintain budgets.
• Tax Compliance : Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations, manage tax documentation, and provide necessary information for CPA audits.
• Compensation Management : Calculate and manage bonus remuneration for teams and executive management.
• Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the organization.
• Accounts Payable Management: Oversee the management of AP payments and ensure timely processing.
• Policy Compliance : Ensure all financial operations are in strict adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Process automation: Evaluate current processes and contribute to the ongoing automation efforts (CRM, Power BI)
