We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing team. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with international clients? If so, then we want to hear from you!

Required Skills:

• Degree in Finance or any other related field
• Experience with QuickBooks would be a plus
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role, preferably within a fintech company
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Honesty and good communication skills
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
• Upper-Intermediate English is a must, we have foreign clients

Responsibilities:

• P&L
• Cash flow
• Working with US, Ukrainian, and Estonian entities
• Taking part in the planning and implementation of activities for the improvement of accounting and reporting processes
• Ensure the company’s financial reporting adheres to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain the company’s annual operating budget, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures
• Timely and correct posting of journal entries (revenue, expenses, operating results, property, equipment, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure budget alignment with strategic goals
