We are looking for a  Finance Manager to join our friendly team.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Analytical mindset, ability to work with large volumes of data
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets at a high level
• Experience in calculating and analyzing financial metrics
• Experience working with banks and payment systems
• Deep knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting
• Experience working with Canadian and Estonian jurisdictions will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Compiling work hours and calculating contractor compensation
• Conducting payments
• Managing the company’s budget (transactions)
• Sending invoices to clients
• Operational budgeting
• Preparing management reports such as Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash-Flow, etc.
• Collaborating with a lawyer to oversee legal matters related to finance
• Participating in the creation and setup of processes
