City: Beresteyska">Our client - the Military-Tech group - invites a style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">, which will provide transparency of management accounting and financial support of management decisions in production and technological business (B2B / B2G).

Key responsibilities:

• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. Control of budget implementation, analysis of plan/fact and deviations

• Formation of a complete package of management reporting: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet

• Control of the correctness of management accounting
• Preparation of analytical reports. Commercial analysis: preparation of sales reports, calculation of margins in terms of products, customers and sales channels.

• Financial support of production processes and accounting of fixed assets, processing advance reports, conducting and control of write-off, posting and adjustment of TMC re-sorting

• Closing of the period: regular transfer of documents and closing of the month in the accounting database.

• Payroll control, participation in payroll and management accounting. 

• Accounting and control of mutual settlements between the structural divisions of the Group; display of internal services.

• Participation in management decision-making (investment, scaling, pricing)

• Accounting and reconciliation of settlements with owners / investors, calculation of dividends / interest

• Interaction with accounting, department heads, external consultants

• Optimization and automation of financial processes, development of internal regulations and accounting methodology

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Manager / Financial Analyst / Finance Business Partner

• Experience in manufacturing, technology or industrial companies would be an advantage

• Practical experience of management accounting and budgeting

• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and business economics

• Analytical thinking, systematicity, attention to details

• Higher education (finance / economics / accounting)
