Head of finance in Smart Solutions

A company specializing in generators, garden equipment and automotive products is looking forHead of Finance.

Main duties:

• Management of financial operations: accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis.

• Organization of the budgeting and forecasting process, preparation of deviation reports.

• Conducting financial analysis to support strategic management decisions.

• Management of cash flows, monitoring of liquidity and currency risks.

• Tax planning and control of compliance with tax legislation.

• Interaction with auditors, banks and financial institutions.

• Management and development of the financial department (up to 10 employees).

• Participation in projects of automation and optimization of financial processes.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in finance, economics or accounting.

• QualificationACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent (as a preference).

• 5 years of experience in senior financial positions, preferably inlarge Ukrainian or holding companies.

• Deep KnowledgeIFRS and auditing standards.

• Experience inmulti-currency environments.

• High level of analytical abilities, ability to work with large data sets.

• A confident user of MS Excel (advanced), SAP or othersERP systems, Google Workspace.

• Knowledge of tax legislation of Ukraine.

• English language is preferred.
