Planning and cash management:

• Create and view applications.

• Prioritization of payments (urgent/ordinary).

• Status of applications (new, in process, completed).

• Control of account balances

• Ensuring solvency by types/forms of money.

• Control of limits / compliance with the budget.

• Maintenance of the register of transactions regarding the flow of cash.

• Cash flow reporting.

Management reporting:

• For each project:

  • P&L: revenues, expenses, net profit.

  • Cash Flow: project cash flow.

  • Budget execution (fact vs plan).

• General:

  • Consolidated indicators for all projects (P&L / Cash flow).

  • Budget execution (fact vs plan).

  • KPI dashboards.

  • Graphs and tables for comparing projects.

Creation of financial models:

• Building models for each project.

• Consolidated financial modeling for business as a whole.

• Optimistic, realistic and pessimistic scenarios.

• Stress testing: the impact of various factors on financial indicators (for example, exchange rate changes, rising costs).
