Finance manager in Smart Solutions

Looking for a financial manager for a company working in the tourism sector.

Finance Manager will be responsible for management accounting and reporting.

Your tasks:

• Control and execution of payments: Ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of all financial obligations of the company, including internal and external payments.
• Transactions in the accounting system: Responsibility for the correct registration and accounting of all financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Invoicing: Preparation and sending of invoices to clients, monitoring the timeliness of their payment.
• Control of receivables: Monitoring the status of settlements with clients, analyzing receivables and taking measures to reduce them.
• Preparation and maintenance of documentation: Management of financial documentation, including contracts, invoices, reporting, ensuring their preservation and compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintenance of the balance sheet and cash flow report (Cash Flow): Preparation of financial reports, analysis of cash flows, ensuring the balance and liquidity of the company.
• Calculation and control of commissions: Determination and verification of the correctness of the calculation of commission payments, control over their timely payment.
< li style="font-weight: 400">Profit calculation: Analysis of the company's financial results, profit calculation, preparation of relevant reports. 

We expect from you:

• Higher education in finance, accounting or economics.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of financial and management accounting.
• Ability to work with accounting systems.
• High level of responsibility and organization.
• Analytical thinking and attention to details.
• Confident command of a computer and office programs.
• Knowledge of the English language from B1
