We need a specialist who has :

• higher education: accounting and finance

• 3 years of work experience in a similar position

• experience in managing a FOP (will be a plus)

• experience in managing and managing company finances

• experience in financial reporting: preparation of PL, Balance, Cashflow reports, etc.

• payroll experience

• attention to details, analytical mindset, scrupulousness

• desire to develop in the field of finance

Functional:

• conducting a financial audit of the company

• preparation of the budget and forecast on a monthly basis by departments and teams

• formation and analysis of monthly reports:PL, Balance, Cashflow

• control of receivables and payables

• monthly planningCashflow

• drawing up a cost analysis plan-fact

• participation in automation of management accounting in the company, development of ideas and proposals

• control and approval of expenses within the budget

• payment of employee applications, according to budgeted needs (purchase of access, subscriptions, household goods)

• help to open/maintain/submit reports on the FOP of employees

• calculation of wages to teams, calculation upon dismissal of an employee

• providing monthly reports to the manager
