Finance Manager in Incora

At Incora we are continuously expanding and are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our team and help us shape our financial strategy.

Ideally, you should have a strong experience in payroll handling, budgeting, and forecasting, and possess a solid background in entity management.

This position will serve as the primary manager and work directly with stakeholders and legal counsel to understand and provide financial management and document control.

This is a full-time position in Lviv.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in finance
• Degree in Finance or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian and international tax legislation, finance law, entity regulations, and legal systems
• Extensive knowledge of controlled foreign companies’ strategy, rules, taxation, and accounting
• Profound understanding and extensive work experience in the fields of investments, real estate, and corporate rights
• Familiarity with accounting software
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Strong self-organization, independence, and a systematic approach to tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, controlling, and reporting processes
• Provide development and financial management of the structure of an international group of companies
• Manage the status of accounts and balances, identifying and resolving inconsistencies
• Work with Ukrainian, US, UK and EU entities to ensure compliance and seamless financial operations
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with company standards, international law, and IFRS (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
• Conduct risk analysis of company activities, including tax and business risks
• Prepare P&L reports
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of journal entries (revenue, expenses, operating results, property, equipment, etc.).
