Finance Controller in InOvation

We are looking for a Finance Controller who will strengthen the financial function and provide transparent control of operations, high-quality management reporting and deep analytics for business units

The financial controller is a key partner in the decision-making, budgeting and development of the company">Main responsibilities:

• Monthly control of wallets and financial transactions

• Cost analysis, plan/fact, identification of inefficiency points

• Participation in the transformation and improvement of financial processes

• Preparation of internal financial reviews and recommendations for management

What is important for this role:

• Higher financial and economic education and DipIFR certificate

• High level of knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, complex models)

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks

• Experience in drawing up management reporting and financial analysis

• System thinking and results orientation — the ability to see the full financial picture, quickly find inaccuracies and provide timely, accurate management reporting

• Team interaction, emotional intelligence and initiative - the ability to communicate effectively with different teams, take responsibility and propose solutions, rather than waiting for tasks

• Orientation on improvement (Kaizen) — a constant desire to optimize financial processes, automate manual operations and increase data transparency

It will be a plus:

• Experience of reporting transformation according to IFRS

• Knowledge of Power BI (dashboards, analytics)
