Finance Associate, Reality Labs in Meta

The Financial Planning & Analysis team oversees our investments in headcount, operating expenses, and capital investment. We focus on using our unique view into the numbers to see trends and opportunities that are developing within the company as well as across the industry. Successful candidates for this team have a bias towards action, exceptional partnership and communication skills, and know-how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.You will be responsible for budgeting, tracking, reporting and analysis of investments in headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures for Meta Reality Labs organization. You will gain invaluable experience in a position that offers significant responsibility and interaction with business partners and cross-functional teams, as well as considerable opportunity to have a large impact within a growing Finance organization.Finance Associate, Reality Labs Responsibilities:Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning.Help define, implement, and improve scalable financial processes/systems including developing dashboards.Create business partnerships with various functions across the Reality Labs (RL) business, as well as Finance Operations and AccountingDeep dive into investments, HC requirements, and long-term strategic implications of agreementsMinimum Qualifications:4+ years of finance, consulting, or business operations experienceBA/BS in Business, Economics, or equivalentExperience developing analytical frameworks and communicating financial concepts to cross functional partners/leadership.Experience problem solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time.Experience working independently and navigating ambiguity.Experience in accounting concepts and financial planningExperience with Oracle Financials, Hyperion Essbase, PowerPoint, Excel and/or Google SheetsPreferred Qualifications:MBAExperience with Tableau, SQLExperience with software and/or hardware development processesAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
