Key responsibilities:Perform financial forecasting, reporting, operational metrics trackingAnalyze financial data and create financial models for decision supportReport onfinancial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviewsAnalyze past results, perform variance analysis, unit economics, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvementsWork closely with the CFO and Head ofControllingEvaluate financial performance bycomparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecastsGuide the cost analysis process byestablishing and enforcing policies and proceduresProvide analysis oftrends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimizationRecommend actions byanalyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses;Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation ofstandard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboardsIncrease productivity bydeveloping automated reporting/forecasting toolsMaintain astrong financial analysis foundation bycreating forecasts and modelsQualifications:University Degree inarelevant discipline isrequired.
