Key Responsibilities: —Develop and maintain financial models tosupport strategic planning and forecasting. —Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics toidentify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation. —Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports tosenior management and stakeholders. —Manage budgeting processes, including variance analysis and budget forecasting. —Oversee cash flow management, capital allocation, and investment strategies. —Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. —Collaborate with cross-functional teams tostreamline processes and drive operational efficiency. —Stay abreast ofindustry trends, market developments, and economic factors influencing financial performance. Requirements: —Bachelor’s degree infinance, accounting, economics, orrelated field. —Proven experience, atleast 4years infinancial analysis, planning, and management, preferably IT. —Strong analytical skills with the ability tointerpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights. —Atleast intermediate English level. —Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability toconvey financial information clearly and effectively. —Strategic thinker with aproactive approach toproblem-solving and decision-making. —Proficiency infinancial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial software (e.g., Google Docs/Excel). —Demonstrated leadership abilities with atrack record ofdriving results inafast-paced environment. —High level ofintegrity, professionalism, and attention todetail.
