Finance Analyst in SKELAR

We are currently scaling one of our infrastructure teams -  Finance. So we are looking for FinanceAnalyst.

A little more about the Finance team:This is the team behind every successful unicorn . We close "turnkey" all financial issues for businesses of any complexity and manage relations with stakeholders from different countries in order to bring your payment processes to a qualitatively new level.

Tasks you will perform:< br/>— Preparation of budgets and plans, plan/fact analysis and analytical notes for P&L (and CF) businesses or infrastructure teams, optimizing the process of preparing such analytical reports. Active involvement in the work of the Reporting team in order to improve the quality and accuracy of reporting;

— Active involvement in the comprehensive analysis of overheads of the holding, preparation of analytical information for regular meetings and active participation in discussions at such meetings. In addition, supporting the parties involved in the process by providing them with relevant and necessary information;

— Active involvement in communication with portfolio businesses on plan/actual and month-to-month P&L (and CF) deviations, as well as on other issues related to finance;

What kind of person are we looking for:
— We will be glad to meet proactive sweaters with fundamental experience in large system companies Big 4 or international audit companies;

— Be an experienced user of MS Office (knowledge of VBA and Tableau is an advantage);

— Have structured thinking, strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems, as well as the ability to make business conclusions based on data;
— Ability to visit the smart hybrid office in Kyiv;

— High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
