We are actively looking for a Finance & Accounting specialist to expand the team! We really want you to suit us 100%, so let's run through the list of our expectations. We will complement each other perfectly if you have:- Graduated with a higher education in accounting or finance;
- You have 1+ year of work experience in the formation of management reporting;
- Knowledge of the basics of accounting and financial accounting;
- Knowledge of the banking principles of Ukrainian banks and international payment systems (Wise, Revolut, etc.);
- Knowledge of Vchasno service and similar ones;
- You have knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and confidently use it at the level of formulas in pivot tables.
It will be an advantage if you are also:
- Able to work with large amounts of information;
- You have an analytical mind and attention to details;
- You have experience in managing FOPs.
Your tasks are as follows:
Main tasks:
- Conduct calculations with clients (reconciliations, confirmation of payments) and make daily scheduled payments;
- Keep a daily record of all performed operations in Excel;
- Control statements / balances on current accounts or cards, make payments on customer orders and work in the client bank;
- Keep primary documentation / document flow and participate in inventory;
- Calculate and pay the remuneration to contractors every month;
- Form an initial report on expenses for management reporting;
- Search for new payment solutions and validate them for business.
Additional tasks for this position:
- Full accounting of the 2nd and 3rd groups of FOP;
- Verification of contracts for the supply of goods and services in the accounting department;
- Reconciliation with suppliers of goods and services (reconciliation with partners);
- Formation and accounting of NDA contracts.
