Functional duties:

• conducting field training of supervisors and sales representatives;
• assessing the skills of the sales team while working in the fields;
• providing feedback communication with training participants and their managers;
• reporting on the results of work with recommendations for management;
• development and adaptation of training programs, training modules and training materials;
• conducting online trainings on sales techniques;
• participation in projects aimed at personnel development.
