We are now increasing our efforts in Ukraine and neighboring countries to provide assistance to people forced to flee their homes due to war.
We are looking for a Field Office Team Leaderin the Northern Regional Office in Shostka. span>
Your responsibilities will include:
- Line management of the team of the NRC field office in Shostka
- Support in the expansion of the NRC field office in Shostka
- Ensure proper and timely implementation of NRC procedures, rules and regulations in the local office in Shostka
- Day-to-day management of personnel and administrative issues, finances and logistics of the field office
- Support in training and development of personnel
- Support in the implementation of projects at the field office level
- Facilitating effective integration and coordination between the field office and visiting program teams from Chernihiv and Kyiv
- Coordinating representative meetings with partners and local authorities
Requirements:
- Previous support experience in a humanitarian/rehabilitation context
- Previous management experience< /li>
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian, both spoken and written
- Working level of English, both written and oral
- Good knowledge of the Ukrainian context, in particular the northern part of the Sumy region
We offer:
- Employment contract until December 31, 2024 (with the possibility of extension)
- Official salary and health insurance
- Working schedule: 9.00-17.00, Saturday, Sunday - weekends
