We are currently looking for an experienced Facilities & Operations Project Manager to join our marketing team.
The Facilities & Operations Project Manager plays a pivotal role within the Facilities & Operations team, overseeing various projects aimed at optimizing office spaces, enhancing workplace experiences, ensuring safety, and contributing to the organization's overall operational efficiency. This dynamic position involves project management, office design, market research, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
With us you will:
Lead and manage projects related to office spaces, renovations, and workplace experience enhancements across multiple locations, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion
Coordinate the establishment and launch of new company offices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Design and implement efficient office space concepts and standards, focusing on employee needs and industry best practices
Participate in office improvement projects to create safe, productive, and aesthetically pleasing work environments, managing teams, budgets, and timelines
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for facility management, ensuring adherence across all projects and locations
Collaborate with departments like HR, Finance, and IT to align project goals with company objectives, fostering effective communication and cooperation
Identify and assess project-related risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and implementing solutions to prevent future issues
Incorporate sustainability principles into office design and project execution, promoting eco-friendly workplace solutions, and exploring technology integrations to enhance efficiency and decision-making
Your professional qualities:
Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully executing a variety of projects
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Analytical, budgeting, and financial management expertise
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in facilities coordination
Background in team management
Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level
