Facilities manager, territorial cleaning administrator in The Cleaning Pro Group (CPG)

Cleaning Pro Group is a group of companies operating on the Ukrainian market since 2007. We provide services for professional cleaning, security, and maintenance of buildings and structures, represented throughout Ukraine. Our clients are: supermarket chains, shopping and office centers, medical clinics, food, industrial enterprises, and state administrative buildings. CPG invites the job of a Cleaning Manager. Requirements: Experience in administrative work from 2 years, preferably experience in working with people, personnel management of 10 people or more. Knowledge of PC at the level of an experienced user, Excel, Bitrix Firmness, clarity when setting tasks. Independence and responsibility in making decisions within organizational skills; active life position, focus on results, stress resistance. Willingness for infrequent short-term business trips within the region. Availability of a car and driver's license. Responsibilities: Organization of the work of technical personnel at facilities (cleaners, janitors), quality control of cleaning works at the facilities. Elimination of comments arising from cleaning at the facilities by the customer. Communication with the customer, signing acts of completed works. Selection and training of technical staff at the facilities. Ordering consumables for the facilities, drawing up work schedules and staff timesheets, keeping reporting documentation.
