ROLE DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the position is support of the project manager on child protection issues in mission projects.
KEY DUTIES
- Execute the assignment of the project manager;
- Maintenance of the Fund's primary documentation, maintenance of the Fund's databases;
- Control over the implementation of programs by the Fund's partners;
- Monitoring of IDP Compact Settlement Centers;
- Negotiations with partners of the Fund, providing consultations on the Programs implemented by the Fund.
- Control over the issuance of humanitarian aid, monitoring the needs of IDPs.
- Interaction with local authorities to determine the needs of IDPs, possible cooperation
Requirements:
Education / Qualification:Higher education (bachelor/ master's degree) in the field of social work or another related field.
Work experience:
- From 1 yearto work experience in a similar position;
- Prior experience working in an NGO is desirable;
Language knowledge:Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written ); knowledge of English will be an advantage;
IT knowledge:Basic knowledge of IT (Microsoft Office, Internet).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- To carry out the instructions of the head of the department;
- Maintenance of the Fund's primary documentation, management of the Fund's databases;
- Monitoring the implementation of programs by the Fund's partners;
- Monitoring of IDP Compact Settlement Centers;
- Conducting negotiations with the Fund's partners, providing consultations on the Programs implemented by the Fund.
- Control over the delivery of humanitarian aid, monitoring the needs of IDPs.
- Interaction with local authorities to determine the needs of IDPs, possible cooperation
YOUR PROFILE
- Formal education/training, can be compensated with experience (at discretion of evaluation team)
- At least 1-2 experience with similar tasks
- Advance IT knowledge (hardware and software, Microsoft Office, Internet, Server, LINUX).
- Previous experience with an NGO is desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and in stressful environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in team management.
- Previous experience in emergency response is appreciated.
- Required qualities: organized, negotiation, proactive, autonomous, rigorous, analytical, willingness and motivation to work in an international and intercultural context, diplomacy, communication skills, sense of human relations.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).
