Facilitator for the field team in the Malodanyliv community

The Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv charity fund is looking for a qualified facilitator to work in the field team in the Malodanyliv community.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher pedagogical education.
• Experience in the field of facilitation or pedagogy (preferred).
• High communication skills, ability to organize and conduct group events.

Main duties:

• Organization and holding of facilitation sessions for residents of the Malodanyliva community.
• Ensuring effective communication and interaction in groups.
• Preparation of necessary materials and documentation.

Working conditions:

• Rate: UAH 15,000.
• Work schedule: Monday — Friday, 9:00—16:00.
• Work in a mobile brigade, trips within the boundaries of the Malodanyliva community.
