Facilitator for work with communities in Kultura Zmin, GO

Culture of Change NGO is a public organization that concentrates activities to create an environment of trust, support and equal opportunities for women and girls in communities where everyone can grow, participate in public life and exercise their rights.

The project "Strengthening the voice and leadership of women in the Kharkiv region" in partnership with the international organization CARE with the financial support of CIUK Marketing Funds: Ukraine Crisis Appeal is aimed at supporting women of the Kharkiv region in strengthening their voice, leadership and participation in the community level. The central part of the project is work with women's groups. It is built on the principles of participation, trust and the gradual strengthening of women's independence 01.01.2026-31.12.2026

Duties and tasks

Under the direct supervision of the project coordinator, the employee must ensure:

• Conducting training sessions with women's groups in each community;

• Coordinating group activities and ensuring constant participation;

• Monitoring of group dynamics and identification of additional training needs;

• Supporting the development of advocacy initiatives and projects at the community level;

• Attendance and assistance in all additional training activities and activities within the framework of the project;

• Preparation and submission of regular descriptive and progress reports.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATE

• Higher education — in the field of social work, human rights, psychology, public health, humanities or another related field

• Demonstrated experience in community work, mobilization and involvement. 

• Experience facilitating group activities, trainings and seminars and mentoring others.

  Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
