Community Facilitator The "ROCADA" Charitable Foundation, an executive partner of the UN Refugee Agency, announces a competition to fill the vacancy "Community Facilitator" to work with internally displaced persons and affected population groups. The work involves close cooperation with IDPs, centers for the provision of social services, TsNAPs, departments of social protection of the population, services for children, education departments, as well as representatives of public, human rights, charitable and volunteer organizations that help IDPs. Experience working with communities, internally displaced and/or vulnerable groups will be an advantage. Awareness of local needs, having a wide range of contacts will be an advantage. Previous experience in social services, mediator, trainer, program coordinator, etc. will be an advantage. Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian languages ​​will be an advantage. The ability to communicate in English will be an advantage. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines. The ability to work closely with team members.
