The Right to Protection, CF
BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. Since the beginning of the war in Eastern Ukraine, as well as after the full-scale invasion, the Foundation has monitored the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in various regions of Ukraine.
community style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> The UN Refugee Agency implements the project "Providing services of protection and assistance with asylum for IDPs, returnees and war-affected population in Ukraine>Conducting trainings, facilitation sessions, surveys and data collection, their further systematization;
Consulting on integration into communities and adaptation to new living conditions;
Development of information materials and visual content for events;
Registration of participants, analysis of their needs;
Ensuring communication with communities, local self-government organizations and other interested parties;
Preparation of reports on the work performed in accordance with the standards of the organization;
Development of information measures to improve adaptation of IDPs;
Control of implementation of quantitative and qualitative measures;
Privacy compliance in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Higher education in social, administrative, pedagogical or related fields will be an advantage;
Work experience in the social or humanitarian sphere;
Experience of working with internally displaced persons, elderly persons and persons with disabilities;
Experience in organizing and conducting events
Experience of cooperation with social institutions;
Excellent communication skills, responsibility, organization;
Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Readiness for business trips and work in a dynamic environment;
Ability to speak the client's language;
Ability to establish contact with other colleagues and coordinate joint tasks;
Understanding the Foundation's Code of Conduct and Policies.
