Vacancy: Facilitator

Place of work: Mykolaiv region (+ business trip)

Charitable organization Salvation Angels Charitable Foundation is looking for a Facilitator for its team. Your work will have a significant impact on the lives of families affected by the hostilities in Ukraine and in need of assistance.

Requirements:

• Managing grant programs
• Working with applications and evaluations
• Budgeting and financial literacy
• Tracking the progress of the implementation of activities
• Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets (tables, formulas, filters)
• Working with Google Drive / SharePoint
• Using online forms for collecting applications (Google Forms, Kobo, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Supporting grantees who will be financed within the project
• Monitoring, collection of reports from grantees
• Communication with local authorities authorities, initiative communities, NGOs, BOs.
• Work with primary documentation
• Work with representatives of communities and administration
• Organization and holding of offline and online informative meetings on the project
• Tracking the progress of implementation of supported initiatives
• Supporting communication between the Fund and grantees
• Identifying risks in implementation mini-grants
