A critically important organization - the "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" charitable foundation - invites the cooperation of a Facilitator to work in the city of Kherson.

The duration of the project is 12 months from February 1, 2026

We are looking for a responsible and communicative specialist who will join the implementation of a humanitarian project aimed at supporting people affected by shelling. The position involves working directly in communities, interacting with the population, promptly responding to the needs of victims and coordinating with local authorities.

The facilitator will play a key role in establishing communication between the community, the project team and local services, ensuring timely registration of beneficiaries and access of people to help.

Main duties:

  • Working directly with people affected by shelling;

  • Primary response to victims' requests and identification of urgent needs;

  • Registration of beneficiaries in accordance with the requirements of the project and donors;

  • Informing people about available assistance and services;

  • Facilitating the redirection of beneficiaries to relevant services and specialists;

  • Interaction and coordination with authorities local authorities, social services and other stakeholders;

  • Participation in trips to designated locations within the city limits;

  • Ensuring compliance with confidentiality principles and humanitarian standards;

  • Maintaining basic reporting and transferring data to the project coordinator;

  • Working in close interaction with the foundation team.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Experience of working with people in social, humanitarian or public projects - desirable;

  • Education in the field of social work, psychology, pedagogy, management or related fields - an advantage;

  • Availability of FOP or willingness to cooperate in such a format - an advantage;

  • Understanding the work context with people affected by war;

  • Ability to quickly navigate crisis situations and make decisions;

  • Developed communication skills and the ability to establish trusting relationships;

  • Responsibility, organization and emotional stability;

  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule and at various locations within the city limits.

We offer:

  • Hourly wages -350 hryvnias/hour (before taxation);

  • Part-time employment - 8 gone per week;
