Offline facilitation at local U&WE hubs:The training program takes place over five days three times a year. The invited trainers conduct online lectures, answer the questions of the program participants and give them a practical task. Facilitators should familiarize themselves with the trainer's presentations, and after them organize a group problem-solving process.

Offline training in other communities: Outgoing one-day entrepreneurship training for women in communities located near the hubs. Facilitators based on Hyde for training in villages and presentations, introduce the theoretical material and manage the implementation of practical.

Target audience of the program:

• women who want to create a business (have a business idea, but face obstacles on the way to implementation), including displaced women;
• active entrepreneurs who need support to expand their business.

Facilitation of the solution practical tasks, providing answers to questions (duration 6 days of 2.5 hours) three times a year offline in the UWE Hub of the community.

Terms of participation in the tender:

1.    The participant of the tender can be an individual entrepreneur, a legal entity registered in Ukraine, not a VAT payer (KVED 85.59 Other types of education, 85.60 Auxiliary activities in the field of education or 70.22 Consulting services). Please note that the organization does not pay additional payments of the entrepreneur, such as invoicesinstallments, taxes, fines, penalties.

2.    Willingness to work on pay-as-you-go and long-term terms, including signing an NDA.

3.    The contractor who intends to participate in the tender should send an application to the e-mail address indicated below. In the subject of the letter, it is necessary to indicate "Tender for the purchase of the services of the facilitator of the U&WE Hub program", and also attach the following documents:

• resume (confirm knowledge of the topics brought up for discussion through appropriate education or activity, indicate the experience of consulting within educational programs, accelerators, incubators, hackathons etc. ) and a cover letter in which to indicate why we should choose you for your chosen topic and contacts of people who can recommend you;

• recommendation letters/certificates/reviews.

As a result of the tender selection, ten service providers will be selected, two facilitators each in each region.

The selection of the service provider will be carried out by comparing the price offers and the relevance of experience from the participants of the competitive selection.

The winner(s) of the competitive selection for each Lot will be the participant the person who submitted all the specified documents and whose proposal will receive the highest number of points. The cooperation agreement is concluded only with the tender winners.
