NGO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy nutrition, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions. The project "Safe gender-sensitive space for women and girls", implemented in partnership with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), is aimed at protecting and supporting the rights of women and girls who are in a crisis situation due to military actions in Ukraine. The organization will provide psychosocial and legal support, humanitarian aid and conduct events on various topics to improve the well-being of women, girls and other vulnerable segments of the population. The public organization invites a talented and energetic facilitator to the team for the successful implementation of project tasks. Kharkiv and Kharkiv region. Main tasks and responsibilities: Organize and conduct training sessions and master classes at designated locations or as part of mobile groups. This includes lesson planning, preparation of the necessary inventory and student interaction; Ensuring structured learning and creating a curriculum, supporting and motivating women and girls to achieve success during education; Identifying methods and tools for measuring the effectiveness of the curriculum and evaluating their impact on students; Keeping documentation and reporting on the work done. Professional requirements: Higher education in the field of psychology, pedagogy, social work or related fields. Also willing to consider student; Experience of working in government agencies, Charities, Foundations - will be an advantage; Positive and professional attitude, including the ability to lead and work well in a team. Personal qualities: Adherence to basic humanitarian principles such as humanity, impartiality, neutrality and independence; High Communication skills; Interest and inclination to work in a team; Ability and ability to maintain confidentiality and respect during work.
