What will you do?

  • Planning, launching and optimizing Facebook campaigns to attract premium installations > trial periods > paid subscriptions; management of ABO/CBO, placements and bidding strategies.

  • Defining event layout with product and analytics teams; MMP + SKAN configuration support and periodic tracking testing.

  • Organization of the continuous creative process: preparation of briefs, storyboards, weekly batch testing andknow about hooks/angles.

  • Conducting structured paywall and onboarding tests with the product team (pricing, trials, text, visuals) and then reporting the results back to UA.

  • Management of budget spending rates and forecasting; reallocation of spend based on marginal ROAS/pLTV and cohort performance.

  • Providing weekly insights with clear next steps; early detection of risks (gaps in signals, problems with politicians) and offering solutions.

What do we expect from you?

  • 0.5+ years of experience with iOS/Android apps.

  • Basic understanding of attribution. 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Working with conversions; experiments with conversion schemes.

  • Creative creation system for mobile UA (UGC, motion, hooks/corners) in 1:1 and 9:16 formats; disciplined A/B testing and analysis of results.

  • Deep understanding of subscription metrics: CTR > CVR before trial > Trial>Paid, D1/D7 retention, ARPU/LTV, churn/renewal, testing paywalls/onboarding.

  • Cooperation with ASO and paywall teams; experience influencing assets in stores and onboarding processes to increase CVR.

  • Strong analytical tools (Sheets/Excel, cohort analysis, pLTV forecasts); the ability to quickly make decisions about resource allocation.

Personal qualities:

  • A result-oriented all-rounder who can handle the full UA cycle — from creative briefs to LTV analysis.

  • Inquisitive, structured, with a preference for experimentation; documents learnings and scales what works.

  • Restful when working with captured/aggregated iOS data.
