• Working with large budgets (Team size $300k+ / month).
• Leadership skills that combine drive and a cold mind.
• Ability to keep focus and make decisions even when everything is "on fire".

What you will do:

• Lead a team of buyers and pump it up efficiency.
• Search, test and scale working relationships.
• Build infrastructure and quickly close technical issues.
• Mentor, develop and support the team.
