You will be responsible for :

• team planning, scaling, development
• budgeting
• conducting experiments
• testing new hypotheses< /li>
• management of the team of media buyers
• generation of ideas for creatives, promos and funnels
• setting of technical specifications for the marketing team (creatives, landings, etc.)
• reporting.

Important:

• experience in media buying from 2 years
• team management experience< /li>
• experience working with budgets from 1k daily
• knowledge of web analytics systems (Binom, Keitaro, Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.)
• experience working with cloaca
• experience scaling communications
• ability to analyze information, results, indicators (splits, error detection, analysis of team performance indicators)
