Basic requirements:< /p>
- Experience of running paid advertising campaigns for at least 3 years (Facebook required; other traffic sources are an advantage)
- Analytical skills, ability to interpret data and draw conclusions
< li>Knowledge of A/B split testing and statistics- Experience with English-speaking markets, especially US
- Previous LP optimization experience, basic understanding of UX
- Confident Google Sheets
- Understanding the CPA optimization process to maximize the profitability of advertising campaigns
- Clear understanding of metrics: CTR, CPL, CPI, CPA, CR, CAC, LTV, ROMI, ROI and others

- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong independent decision-making, organization, planning and problem-solving skills
- English language - B1-B2
Cool, but not necessary:
- Google analytics and other tracking systems;
- Voluum/Keitaro;
< li>mobile app traffic and ASO experience.
