This is a role for a specialist with deep experience in FB Ads who understands the ins and outs of attribution, anti-detection infrastructure and optimization of large campaigns.
Key tasks
- Launching, optimizing and scaling Facebook Ads campaigns
- Creative development and testing, split tests, results analytics.
- Working with large budgets (from $50k+/month).
- Funnel management: CTR > CR > CPL > CPA > ROI | ROAS
- Use of trackers
- Working with anti-detect browsers
- Interaction with creative and analytical teams for quick integrations.
Expected results (Valuable Final Product)
- A steady stream of quality FTDs from Facebook Ads.
- ROI-positive campaigns ready to scale.
- A proven strategy for testing and optimizing creatives.
- Transparent reporting on budgets and key metrics.
Candidate's first tasks
- Launch campaigns in the first week and reach target KPIs (CPL, CPA) within 2-3 weeks.
- Conduct an audit of existing campaigns and prepare a roadmap for 1-2 months.
- Output at least 2 offers in ROI+ during the trial period.
- Form a base of creatives and a systematic test process.
Goals of the trial period:
- Achieving ROI+ on stable campaigns.
- Developed scaling strategy.
- Building a working pool of accounts, creatives and pages.
Candidate requirements:
- 2-3+ years of Facebook experience Ads.
- Experience with budgets from $50k-100k+/month.
- Expertise in campaign structure (CBO vs ABO, adsets budget, optimization rules).
- Understanding attribution, trackers (Voluum, Binom, Keitaro), pixels.
- Practice with anti-detection browsers
- Experience output of offers in stable ROI+.
- English/Ukrainian at a level sufficient to work with accounts and materials.
Nice to have:
- Work experience with TikTok Ads, Google UAC, Telegram Ads.
- Own scaling cases to $100k+/month.
