Facebook Ads Specialist (Wellbeing App) in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager for one of our new businesses - Liven .

Liven is a company that creates products for forming healthy habits and improving mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We give users all the necessary information so that they can better understand themselves and their problems, as well as the tools to solve these pains.

We launched the business in early 2023 and have already confirmed its success - we found unit-economy , payback and we are actively scaling to the size of a large business. Every new employee can now become the head of his field, everything depends only on you and your ambitions. 

What tasks await you in the role of User Acquisition Manager:

- Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok, etc. br/>—Management and optimization of multi-million dollar budgets;
—Testing of new channels and technologies;
—Analysis of key metrics across all channels: LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS and ROI/ROR, etc.;
— A/B testing of various funnels and strategies;
—Participation in building a marketing and communication strategy together with the team.

What is important to us:
— Strong analytical skills: experience with data, numbers, metrics;
- You have an entrepreneurial mentality - you are comfortable developing and scaling where nothing has been before;
- Upper-Intermediate English.

Will be a plus:
— From 2-x years of work experience in the field of performance marketing, marketing, audit or analytics (Big 4 or Big 3 experience);
— Experience working with advertising platforms Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.;
—Understanding the fundamentals and metrics of digital marketing;
—Experience in managing large budgets and large amounts of data.

In addition to businesses, we develop charity fund SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder in support of the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
