We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is responsible for leading this exciting new programme. The role is to recruit, train and manage teams of fundraisers who meet with people on the streets, in squares, and in shopping centres. The goal is inform people about the Ukrainian Red Cross's activities and mission in order to raise money, create commitment, and recruit regular donors.Your task is to coordinate the daily work in the teams and be responsible for coaching team leaders and teams to achieve set goals and provide feedback on results to the fundraising manager. You will be given support from international experts who will help the best techniques and tools to manage the programme. You do not need to have any fundraising experience but should feel comfortable dealing with statistics and spreadsheets as well as people and emotions. You develop the operations together with colleagues in a learning organization.We are looking for a goal- and results-oriented person who appreciates being evaluated on monetary targets. For thriving in this role, you should have good leadership skills and the ability to coach, motivate and lead others in their development.
