We are currently looking for a like-minded person for the position of partnership development manager at YC Academy .

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in project management

• Effective communication with various stakeholders at any level.

• Experience in the development and implementation of educational materials

• Experience in compliance / security / risk analysis / jurisprudence / financial monitoring / due diligence, Osint or related fields will be an advantage

• Can perform effectively in front of an audience both on stage and online (perhaps parallel private passion for acting / personal desire for publicity);

• Deep understanding of business and business processes in general (different areas, models, etc.);

• Knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than intermediate;

• Self-confidence, charisma, benevolence, proactivity, responsibility, creativity, broad outlook, systems thinking, love of learning 

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing training events for the commercial and public sectors;
• Coordinating trainers and/or speakers, as well as independent training on request;
• Interaction with course participants: providing answers to questions, solving problems related to training and providing support during the course;
• Marketing and promotion: promotion of training courses or programs, development of a strategy for attracting new participants;
• Documentation management, registration processing, collection and analysis of participant data.
