External Player Support Agent (Night Shifts) in Plarium

Plarium is an international product company developing mobile and computer of computer games.We are expanding the support team for RAID: Shadow Legends - a collectible MMORPG in a dark fantasy setting. 

The audience of the project is more than 81 million players. They take part in PvE and PvP battles, collect their own collection of over 700 unique heroes and win victories for the clan in team fights. The game is available at iOS,Android and PC/Mac.

The position involves training lasting 8 weeks, from Monday to Friday'slaughterhouse from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Kyiv time (GMT+3).

After completion of training, the schedule is variable 21:30-06:00 Kyiv time (GMT+3) and may change during the night hours. 

For this vacancy, it is important to have Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit in Ukraine.

You will:

• investigate game situations and answer user questions via email or chat in the Zendesk environment;

• process bug reports and compile technical reports;

• interact with a team of developers, testers and game designers.

It is important for us:

• knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;

• fluency in Ukrainian;

• effective communication skills and understanding of the principles of communication with clients;

• desire to work in a team;

• time management skills and the ability to work in multitasking mode;

• having Ukrainian citizenship or a work permit in Ukraine.

Will be preferred:

• gaming experience in the MMORPG genre;

• knowledge of the specifics of software testing andunderstanding the principles of forming bug reports.
