USKELAR already has a powerful communication team that is engaged in building full-cycle communications — from Employer Branding to Global PR. We are currently looking for an ambitious and proactive External Communications Manager to join the team. We are looking for a motivated professional who will help us build a strong employer brand on the tech market. What challenges await you: — Ownership and management of the direction of production of text content in various formats (columns, press releases, brand communication, etc.): from ideas to implementation (in particular, pitching in Ukrainian media );—Interaction with external writers and internal contributors who are ready to create expert materials with the aim of knowledge sharing and strengthening the presence of the SKELAR brand in the media;—Management of the SMM direction: content planning, setting tasks for the design team, creating texts for publications, managing deadlines and quality at every stage;—Formation communication senses for content and quality control of materials. Tracking trends in communications and implementing new approaches. Here you will need your skills to adapt to changes, find opportunities and use them quickly. For this, you will have all the necessary resources;—Assessment of efficiency, formation of the realization of hypotheses to improve results. We are sure that the effectiveness of communications can be measured, and you can help with this;—Involvement in Global PR communication projects for startups. It is important for us:—Experience as a Communications Manager/ PRManager/ Employer Brand Manager from 1.5 years. An advantage will be the experience of working in a communication or advertising agency, in particular in the field of SMM;—Experience in creating quality texts of various formats: columns, press releases, reviews, etc. The fact of placing texts in Tier-1 and Tier-2 Ukrainian and/or international media will be an advantage;—Systematic approach to finishing and meeting deadlines;—Communication, proactivity and creativity;—Proven experience in performing turnkey tasks;—Ability to create high-quality text support for SMM publications;— Perfect command of the Ukrainian language, knowledge of English at the Intermediate+ level; — Literacy, attention to details and fact-checking tasks; — Understanding of trends, communication tools and content formats; — Deep respect for the communication profession and a strong desire to develop in it. In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation charity fund from the employees of our venture builder' and in support of the Armed Forces.
